Snow day

Description

Elsa stayed staring at the ceiling for a few minutes more until there was another knock at her door, these being slightly louder and a lot more eager.
Elsa opened her mouth to once again tell her sister to leave her alone but instead of hearing her sisters excited high pitched voice she was greeted with a deeper but very upbeat and childish sound.
'Do you want to build a snowman?!' The voice yelled with enthusiasm.
Elsa sat bolt upright, her eyes wide with shock and her mouth hung open slightly. That wasn't Anna's voice, or anyone else she recognised.
The knocking continued, louder than ever. 'Come on, dummy! It's a snow day! You don't want to sit inside and miss all the fun, do you?'
Elsa crept down off her bed and cautiously approached the door, holding out her gloved hand so her fingertips brushed the brass door handle. She hesitated and took a deep breath before opening the door open a crack and peering out, only to be greeted with an empty hallway. Elsa opened the door wilder so she could properly step out and look around, but there was no sign of anybody. Elsa was slightly shocked. Did she imagine that? Or was someone playing a trick on her?
Elsa sighed softly and calmly closed the door. Upon turning around she found herself coming face to face with two of the wildest eyes she had ever seen.

It actually makes a lot of sense that Elsa would end up with an imaginary friend. She was literally 'locked' in her room for her entire childhood with nothing to do other than be sad.
